Abstract:
The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in medication delivery systems holds significant promise for enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving patient outcomes in North America. This paper explores the potential of AI-driven solutions, such as chatbots and large language models (LLMs), to transform the pharmaceutical supply chain. By leveraging advanced technologies like cloud computing and big data analytics, healthcare providers can streamline operations, optimize distribution networks, and ensure timely access to medications. This study reviews existing literature, identifies key challenges and opportunities, and proposes a comprehensive framework for implementing AI in medication delivery. The findings underscore the critical role of AI in achieving a resilient and responsive healthcare supply chain.
